HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You may place an order online by placing the items you wish to hire into your cart, please include as much information about your event as possible, including your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue location, start and finish times, We will respond via a email or phone call, confirming availability of your desired items including a delivery quote, once confirmed and you are happy to proceed with the booking you will receive a email with payment instructions.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our warehouse is located in Lilydale, Vic 3140.

We also have the option of pick up Healesville, Vic 3777.

DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes, Melbourne Wide.

Just4Fun Party Hire is happy to deliver and/or setup at your choice of location. Please take into consideration our delivery fees will vary depending on the size of your order, the event location, petrol, tolls, time to setup and pack down & returning to collect the goods.

Delivery, Setup and Collection is calculated per kilometer from Lilydale, VIC 3140.

*Please note Soft Play equipment and Jumping Castles must be set up and collected by Just4Fun Party Hire. Some items can be collected and returned to our Warehouse in Lilydale 3140 or alternatively Healesville 3777. Pickup and Return Items include Grab n Go Balloon Garlands, Helium Balloons & Arrangements, Dried Florals, Lawn Games, Teepee Parties and Props. We have a 4 day hire period for these items to allow our customers enough time to pick up a day prior to their event and to drop off the day after the event. Picking up Friday and returning Monday. We are flexible so please contact us to discuss your requirements.

STAIR & LIFT FEE

Please note there is an additional $100 fee added to the delivery fee if the event space requires stairs or lift access.

 

 

DO YOU USE BIODEGRADABLE BALLOONS?

Yes, we only use quality biodegradable latex balloons.

HOW LONG DO THE BALLOONS LAST FOR?

Each balloon is different. Balloon garlands can last for weeks if kept in the right environment as they are air filled.

Helium balloons on the other hand have alot less float time. Below is a link to Qualatex helium balloon chart for float time.

This is just a guideline and float time can vary due to high humidity, temperature and air conditioning

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

We work on first in first served basis so booking in advanced is highly regarded as we do fill up on specific dates. Book ahead to avoid disappointment.

HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY?

We require a $100 deposit in order to confirm your booking. The balance is due two days prior to your event. 

We accept direct deposit or credit card.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Yes. We have $100 minimum spend.

DO YOU REQUIRE A BOND?

Depending upon the hire item, a $100 bond may be required.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING GETS DAMAGED or LOST?

We understand accidents do happen, If something gets damaged or lost, payment of full replacement value is required, we will let you know the amount we require to cover the breakage. It is equal to the cost of the replacement value. Amount will be invoiced to the customer and payment is due within seven days.

CANCELLATIONS

Due to our number of bookings, deposit payments are non refundable within 14 days of the event as we have held your date and turned down other events to do so. We will work with you to reschedule your event.

COVID CANCELLATIONS

Just4Fun Party Hire WILL NOT issue refunds due to events being cancelled, rescheduled or postponed by COVID restrictions, ONLY issuing Credit Notes for up to 12 months from the date of event.

WET WEATHER?

Sunshine is not always guaranteed, so in the interest of your special day still being absolutely fantastic we always recommend having a Backup event location (Preferably indoors) where we can continue the event as planned.

What ages are appropriate for your play areas?

Our playgrounds are designed for crawlers up to five-year-old children.

Adults may enter the play area, but may not sit/play on the equipment (excluding soft floors mats or inside the ball pit). Shoes to be removed. Adults should only be in there to support and supervise the little ones.

Do you assemble the equipment?

Yes.  We deliver, set up and collect all of the equipment.  We ask for a minimum of 1 hour for set up and 1 hour for breakdown.

Do you clean your equipment?

Yes.  All equipment is thoroughly disinfected between use. We use a commercial grade cleaner that acts as cleaner, disinfectant & sanitiser.

Are you insured?

Yes. We are a registered and insured business. We are also happy to provide a certificate of insurance if needed for a venue.

Can I reserve the softplay equipment for more than 4 hours?

You are allowed to reserve the equipment for more than 4 hours based on availability. However, notice must be given at the time of your reservation.  Additional hours start at $75, depending on the package.  

Do you set up indoors?

We are able to set up indoors and outdoors, but not in rainy/damp weather, our equipment may become slippery and unsafe for children. We recommend to have shade for outdoor set-ups as equipment does get hot in the sun.

SOFT PLAY

Under 6’s Only

No Face Paint, Glitter or Confetti is allowed in the play area. (This may stain and damage our equipment).

No Shoes inside the play area. (This includes both Adults and Children). Socks are required.

Parents are welcome to sit on the soft floor mats or inside the ball pit, please do not sit on the equipment.

Balls are required to be returned to the ball pit prior to Collection.

How much space do I need for the playground?

We can arrange packages to fit your space provided. Please keep in mind it is not required to have a perfect square/rectangle we can customise the layout.

BALLOONS FAQ’s

  • All latex helium balloons include hi float

  • All arrangements includes Weights and Ribbon.

  • Giant Theme & Character Balloons – All bouquets and arrangements seen online are able to be changed to suit your event, just let us know if your wanting a specific character and we will do our best to find it through our suppliers.

When your Balloons leave our hands there are a few things for you to consider and be aware of:

  • Balloons are balloons and can sometimes pop for no reason.

  • Things such as climate and sudden temperature changes can affect them. Please try to keep your balloons in a stable environment. If they get too hot they can expand and burst and if they get too cold they can shrink making decals start to peel up and off.

  • Be sure not to let your Balloons hit sharp edges and corners and treat them with care. Please do not bash and throw your balloons around as this can damage them making them leak helium or air.

  • Do not leave your balloons in a hot car as helium expands in the heat causing your balloons to pop. Be sure to have the air conditioner on while travelling in the car with your balloons.

  • Do not release your balloons in the air once you have finished with them. When your event is over and you have no room to bring your balloons home with you, pop them and then place them into the bin.
